How does it work?
The system acts as mutually useful junction between you and the hotel.
The way the system works is really simple. There are two modes of submission of reservation:
“Online” mode – a reservation is confirmed instantly. The rooms that are in “online” mode are marked as “available”.
“On request mode” – an answer to your request will be sent within 24 hours, though usually it takes 1-3 hours. The rooms that are in “on request” mode are marked as “on request”.
Payments
You can pay for reservations either by bank transfer or by cash in our office.

Cancellation of reservations
Cancellation policy is described in each hotel’s description. You may cancel your reservation by contacting us by email or by telephone. Be sure to provide your reservation number when contacting us.

Privacy policy
